The Chutzpah! Festival’s dance offerings are all well worth checking out, and on Tuesday & Wednesday Feb 22 & 23, 8pm, and Thursday Feb 24 , 7pm, it’s Israel’s Kibbutz Dance at the Norman Rothstein Theatre.  Featuring a company of 15 dancers, Kibbutz will perform the work Ekodoom.

New Works presents Tara Cheyenne Performance Feb 20, 2 & 4pm at the Roundhouse.  Always a crowd pleaser, Artistic Director, Tara Cheyenne Friedenberg–known for her character-driven solos, will introduce excerpts of the company’s upcoming work. 2pm show is pay-what-you-can, tickets for the 4pm show

The extremely lovely Joe Laughlin’s company, Joe Ink, premieres Dusk at the Firehall Arts Centre Feb 23-26, 8pm. Choreographed by Laughlin, the piece explores the changes in perception twilight brings. Tickets at the Firehall box office.
